Thin Elderly Dog Abandoned On Side Of Road Last Christmas, Now Resides In Caring Home

We all know that Christmas season is always a joyous time. So, when an adorable elderly dog was deserted in Birmingham’s streets in December, it was just a matter of time for her to find a forever home.

The 10-year-old German Shepherd, Molly-Moo, was extremely thin when she was discovered wandering the streets by the West Midlands Police.

The dog, who was in a very poor state with untreated skin issues and being emaciated, was subsequently taken to the RSPCA.

So, the veterinarians placed her on a specialized diet to address her skin condition and help her gain the necessary weight. Fortunately, a compassionate family in Leicester spotted her photo online and chose to adopt her!

Joanne Bebbington, her husband John, and Harry, their 15-year-old stepson, took great care of Molly and ultimately decided to formally adopt her upon realizing her friendly and well-behaved nature. What a heartwarming conclusion!
